逻辑支持

名词的重要性不言而喻，在英语十大词类（介冠形名代 情副动数连 ）中名词跟其它词类到底有什么样的关系是需要了解的。

考名词就是考名词短语，限定词+形容词+名词，三者给其二考其一 。

限定词考冠词、数词、代词、名词所有格，形容词考最高级、词形转换，名词考可不可数、单复数、词形转换。一个名词短语就有这么多个考点，占语法填空3-5道题。

限定词跟名词的数一致，名词短语中任何一个部分都可省略。

名词=名词类 现在我们说名词一定记住是名词类，单词类名词、动名词、名词从句、从句简化后的动状词都叫名词（后面会讲到）。

名词短语说明

名词短语由限定词，形容词，名词三个部分组成，第一个部分的限定词决定名词的范围，中间部分的形容词是依附在名词上的修饰语，是可有可无的元素。

名词短语的这三个部分当中，每个部分都可以省略。

如果名词短语中不用限定词，是因为该名词不适合加a/an。

a/an是one弱化的结果，而the是that/those弱化的结果。

Of these students, Tom is the best. （the best = the best student.）

在这些学生当中，汤姆是最好的。

I want those. （those = those sweet roses.）我要那种的。

We should respect the old and help the young.（the old/young = the old/young people）

我们应该尊老爱幼。

名词短语初级考点分析

考点1 限定词

动词+（限定词+形容词+名词/代词）

You don't have to be in a rush. We have enough time to get there.

He became better and began to play chess with people from around the world.

He is writing more about his (he) own life. (more=more things)

It just kept eating grass with its (it) head down.

(限定词+形容词+名词/代词) 作主语

There is no more truth than this when one's (one) life is the most important of all.

The changes in the face and fingerprints brought him much trouble.

When people don’t speak the same language, a smile is very helpful.

考点2：形容词

动词+（限定词+形容词+名词/代词）

It was a valuable and unusual (usual) experience for people back then.

However, most people think that the story of Chang'e is the most touching .(touch)

By the third grade, we will learn chemical (chemistry) elements.

Maybe riding is the best (good) choice for people in the city.

It deserves the highest (high) recognition.

One day, she took a homeless (home) dog home.

He is the most successful (succeed) rodent(啮齿动物) in the history of landmine(地雷) detection（侦查）.

介词+（限定词+形容词+名词/代词）

One of the biggest (big) things is when someone becomes a parent, he or she likes worrying thing.

There are a number of girl students and women (woman) teachers in our school.

Most students want to go abroad for further (far) study.

Now some dogs are using their noses for a different (difference) purpose.

I'd like to sleep in a silent (silence) environment.

It sells all kinds of foods and the things that we need in our everyday (day) life.

Chinese writing is one of the world’s greatest (great) writing systems.

Because the Chinese paper cutting has history of more (many) than 1,500 year.

Two of them are among the three largest (large) in California’s history.

(限定词+形容词+名词/代词) 作主语

The second (two) story is about nurses helping isolated COVID-19 patients.

An international (national) kite festival is held in Wei fang every year.

考点3：名词

动词+（限定词+形容词+名词/代词）

There may be more fires.(fire)

Tom wanted to give her a push (push), but Lily said no.

The house has all the modern conveniences.(convenient)

Researchers in this field have made some important new discoveries (discover)

I have great admiration (admire) for Moyan as a writer.

And we can also take a cloth bag when we go shopping.(shop)

I talked to my parents, and they supported my choice. (choose)

A vaccine would save lives.(life)

We need to learn to accept each others’ faults and enjoy each others’ differences (different)

Last but not least, the government should make laws to guide people’s behavior. (behave)

Therefore, it is important for us to protect them. (it)

It was earlier thought (think) that the animals got most of the water they needed in the leaves they are.

He played the qixianqin very well and the music was beautiful, but the cow showed no reaction (react) at all.

In 1972, the then USA President Richard Nixon made it a national holiday.

A number of hospitals (hospital) have been built to make sure every patient is treated.

They share many of the same interests (interest) and little to be together.

If you are a friend to others (other), they will usually be a friend to you. (others=other people)

Talk about your ideas with them. They may talk about theirs (they) with you.

He said to himself (he), “the cow didn’t understand music.” Then he shook his head and went away.

When you are ill, she stops her work at once to look after you day and night and forgets about herself. (she)

If she didn’t take good care of herself (she) in such bad weather, she won’t feel sick.

Thousands of young people help send food and medicine to the patients.(patience)

They are also fighters with the strong belief (believe) we must win in the end.

Celebrating the day also makes fathers feel that their contributions are acknowledged(认可) by their children and society.(social)

If you are a friend to others (other), they will usually be a friend to you.

(限定词+形容词+名词/代词) 作主语

The new competitor (compete) has to work hard to improve himself.

Your pronunciation (pronounce) of this word is totally wrong.

Small noses (nose) were very popular these years.

The celebration (celebrate) will last three days.

Last year’s (year) Chess Olympiad started in July.

The decision (decide) was made with huge courage.

Good friendships (friendship) are not easy to develop.

Cause (cause) and effect is one way to explain things that happen to us.

Climbers (climb) usually like taking risks.

放在名词后面的形容词

有几个特别的形容词出现在名词短语中时，不放在中间，却要放在名词后面。

Someone else will have to do it.另外要有人去做这事。

I don’t know anybody else.我不认识别的人。

else这个形容词的用法是配合像someone、anybody等复合名词来使用。因为限定词some、any已经和名词one、body写在一起，所以中间的形容词位置被挤掉了，else这个形容词就只能放在名词后面。

Is there anything special in this book?因为限定词any已经和名词thing写在一起，所以中间的形容词位置被挤掉了，special这个形容词就只能放在名词后面。

Because there is always something unfair around you.

Maybe its owner has something wrong and needs help.

Phone if you stay somewhere else so that your parents don't call every hospital in the phone book looking for your body.

另外，有些a-开头的古英语形容词，除了可以放在补语位置外，如果要用在名词短语中,也只能放在名词之后。这是因为古英语a-的词首代表一种暂时性的状态，类似拉丁文-ing词尾的味道。因而这一类的形容词不适合放在名词中间代表属性的位置。

John and his brother alike are unreliable.约翰和他的弟弟都不可靠。

Money alone cannot solve our problem.光靠钱解决不了我们的问题。
